High-Grade Family Head Samini, has made known his intention of signing Deon onto his record label.<\/p>\n

During his performance at the 19th\u00a0edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Samini paused to introduce singer Deon Boakye as Ghana\u2019s next big star.<\/p>\n

That was when he made public his intention to sign the singer onto the Highgrade Family.<\/p>\n

Samini, born Emmanuel Andrews Samini is the CEO of the Highgrade Music Label. The label has nurtured great artistes such as Kaakie, Stonebwoy, Kofi Kinaata among others.<\/p>\n

Deon Boakye born Gideon Adade Boakye\u00a0is a Ghanaian Afro-Pop singer, songwriter and graphic designer.<\/p>\n

He has been in the industry for a while now and his talent is nothing new to Ghanaians.<\/p>\n

Last year, he was nominated for Unsung Artiste category in 2017. Aside this, the singer has worked with the likes of Yaa Pono, Strongman, Kofi Kinaata, Medikal, Ko-Jo Cue among other influential names in the industry.<\/p>\n
