Furthermore, this was at the just ended VGMA\u2019s. However, he explained to Ghanaians why a situation like that could happen.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the VGMA is based on voting. It does not reward technical proficiency. However, simply those who can mobilize people to vote for them.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Omar said a rubbish song can win many awards.
