No 2017 SaminiFest &#8211; Samini Explains"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is sad news for Samini fans and those waiting on Saminifest.<\/p>\n<p>Dancehall artist, Emmanuel Andrew Samini popularly known as Samini has stated that this year\u2019s edition of the annual Saminifest concert will not come off. Therefore fans should change their plans.<\/p>\n<p>He told Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua FM in Accra that the annual week-long event is on hold for this year.<\/p>\n<p>He gave his reason for cancelling this year&#8217;s\u00a0 Saminifest. Samini explains that he wants to try something new.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, he continued that he plans to embark on a nationwide tour very soon. This is to help him get closer to his fans outside the nation\u2019s capital who have missed him.<\/p>\n<p>He also spoke about the bus tour which will kick off soon. Samini disclosed that he has pumped a lot of money into the project but would not mention the amount.<\/p>\n<p>The previous three editions of the celebration was a week-long event with different activities on each day.
