Kumawood actor, Akwasi Boadi, known as Akrobeto speaks about the Kumawood industry.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, he stated that that no amount of prayers from\u2018Angel\u2019 Bishop Daniel Obinim can save the dying Kumawood movie industry.<\/p>\n

Moreover, he said the Creative Arts Ministry and industry players have to adapt to the modern day advances in technology. Otherwise, the movie industry will continue to fall behind time.<\/p>\n

Also, his statements stem from the fact that some movie producers visited Bishop Obinim in Kumasi. Their aim was to seek help to revive the decline in the patronage of local movies.<\/p>\n

He insisted that reviving the movie industry is about emulating the western culture and not seeking favors from pastors.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Akrobeto made these statements on Adom FM\u2019s Entertainment Hall.<\/h4>\n

\u201cIf the work has declined, we have to be creative and adapt to the new trend. CDs are dead now pen drives are on top. The system is changing so we have to change. Spirits can\u2019t affect the movie industry. Prayers can\u2019t save us. You can go to Obinim it doesn\u2019t matter.<\/em><\/p>\n
