Awards-winning Reggea\/Dancehaa artiste,\u00a0Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, better known as MzVee has joined the fight against child abuse.<\/p>\n
According to the \u201cMensuro Obia\u201d hitmaker, the nation must stand up in one voice and fight against the child abuse canker.<\/p>\n
The music star shared the post her Instagram account, with the caption;<\/p>\n
“If we don\u2019t speak up, nothing will change. Join me in taking a stand against all forms of child abuse. Be <\/em>a Ghanaian Against Child Abuse.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Meanwhile, MzVee has a song to that effect titled GACA(Ghanaians Against Child Abuse). Her label mate, Kuami Eugene also featured on the song.<\/p>\n
(GACA is a campaign to ensure that all forms of abuses against children are highlighted and tackled.<\/p>\n
The launch of the campaign came off at Katiejeli in the Kpandai district of the northern region in February this year.<\/p>\n
It is intended to create awareness on the effects of child abuse especially among children of school going age.<\/p>\n
This leg of the campaign received\u00a0support from music stars, M.anifest and Mzvee, and sports journalist, Gary Al Smith, among others.<\/p>\n
