{"id":46488,"date":"2018-07-16T09:30:14","date_gmt":"2018-07-16T09:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.com\/gh\/?p=46488"},"modified":"2018-07-16T09:25:18","modified_gmt":"2018-07-16T09:25:18","slug":"joe-mettle-to-perform-in-south-africa-on-october-27","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/joe-mettle-to-perform-in-south-africa-on-october-27\/","title":{"rendered":"Joe Mettle To Perform In South Africa On October 27"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Awards-winning Gospel artiste, Joe Mettle has received an invite to perform in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>He is to perform at the 2018 edition of gospel event dubbed &#8216;Gospel Goes Classical Concert.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The event will however come off on October 27, 2018 at the Carnival City in\u00a0Johannesburg in South Accra.<\/p>\n<p>The live gospel concert is expected to attract thousands of South African gospel music fans.<\/p>\n<p>Also to grace the occasion are a number of ministers of God from the Africa continent<\/p>\n<p>Joe Mettle will rock the stage alongside some selected gospel artistes from across the globe.<\/p>\n<h3>Some of them include; Yvonne May (Nigeria), Takie Ndou (South Africa), Nduduzo Matse (Zimbabwe),<\/h3>\n<h3>Vashawn Mitchell (USA), Ntokozo Mbambo (South Africa) and a host of others.<\/h3>\n<p>All the artistes billed for the event are expected to mount the stage one after the other.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re to treat South African gospel audience to unforgettable live musical performances.<\/p>\n<h4>Joe Mettle has won over 10 local and international awards. He has won awards at Africa Gospel Music Awards, Gospel industry Awards,<\/h4>\n<h4>African Gospel Awards (UK), CCML Ghana Gospel Awards, Bass Awards and RIGA Awards (South Africa).<\/h4>\n<p>Joe has also featured on the popular South African Broadcasting Corporation\u2019s TV Gospel Classics, which also highlighted Donnie McClurkin.<\/p>\n<p>He received the best male gospel artiste in Africa at the Trumpet Gospel Awards held in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>He has songs like; \u2018Medo Wo\u2019, \u2018Akokyem Nyame\u2019, \u2018Mensuro\u2019, \u2018Turning Around\u2019 and \u2018Yesu Adi Nkunim\u2019 to his credit.<\/p>\n<p>His latest hit which earned him nominations at 2017\u2019s VGMA is titled \u2018Onwanwani\u2019 (God of Wonders).<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Joe Mettle has five albums to his credit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Awards-winning Gospel artiste, Joe Mettle has received an invite to perform in South Africa.
