{"id":4955,"date":"2017-12-08T08:15:15","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T08:15:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.com\/gh\/?p=4955"},"modified":"2017-12-08T08:15:15","modified_gmt":"2017-12-08T08:15:15","slug":"4955-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/4955-2\/","title":{"rendered":"I Have Been To Lots Of Malams &#8211; Shatta Wale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Self acclaimed dancehall King, Charles Nii Armah Jnr, popularly known as Shatta Wale says, he has visited a lot of Malams before but none could help him.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Taking Over&#8217; crooner made this revelation when he was speaking to Christian Agyei Frimpong, host of Anigye Mmre, an entertainment talk show on Accra-based Onua 95.1 FM.<\/p>\n<p>He admonished colleague musicians to desist from visiting spiritualists, because he had visited lots of spiritualists but they couldn\u2019t help him.<\/p>\n<h3>Shatta Wale Speaks<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cWe are from Africa, we have lots of \u2018juju\u2019 here, If you are an artiste and you think \u2018Juju\u2019 can give you a hit, you are deceiving yourself. God needs your patience, your heart, you need to endure pain, God is bigger than everything and I believe God has made me who I am today\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Shatta Wale further revealed, \u201cI have visited lots of mallams, let me say 10 million of them, they couldn\u2019t do what I needed from them. You have no idea the things I was searching in this world but it took the intervention of God who showed me the right way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He further stated that \u201cEverything shall pass away but the word of God will still remain; in life you have to believe the maker, I know who I am, people don\u2019t know their identity that\u2019s why they fail in life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I\u2019m talking, I talk with confidence, I don\u2019t talk with fear, I don\u2019t talk nonsense, I talk straight forward, some people think I talk nonsense, I know when they realized it\u2019s God that is working for me, they will come to me and those people are going to be baptized with Shatta movement because Shatta movement is of God\u201d, he emphasized.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Self acclaimed dancehall King, Charles Nii Armah Jnr, popularly known as Shatta Wale says, he has visited a lot of Malams before but none could help him.
