Ghana’s number one Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN), has launched its 7th season of Hitmaker reality show.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the launch held in Accra on Thursday, August 16, 2018, Guido Sopiimeh, Acting Chief Marketing Officer<\/p>\n

for MTN Ghana, said the show has helped improve lives of several unacknowledged musicians and their audiences.<\/p>\n

He also established that through the Hitmaker series, musicians such as Kidi, Kurl Songx, Koo Ntakra Naterial,<\/p>\n

Togbe, Kwame Eugene and others have been able to flourish in the Ghanaian Music Industry.<\/p>\n

According to him, these \u2018Hitmakers\u2019 had made significant progress as a result of the GH\u00a2100,000.00 cash award for<\/p>\n

the launch of their album which includes recording, music video production and promotion of their song.<\/p>\n

Mr Sopiimeh said this year\u2019s edition would make use of digital platforms such as MTN play and Video+.<\/p>\n

This would enable the search for the talents and also create a platform for contestants to interact with their fans.<\/p>\n

The launch was graced with personalities from the entertainment fraternity.<\/p>\n

There were also performances from former contestants, winners of preceding editions.<\/p>\n

Freda Rymz who is the immediate past winner for MTN Hitmaker season 6 also gave an electrifying performance.<\/p>\n

The popular reality TV show is aimed at giving authentic, talented and potential singers and rappers a platform to<\/p>\n
