They extended the ban by another 45 days.<\/p>\n<p>FIFA handed the initial three month ban to Nyantakyi following the bombshell Anas \u2018Number 12\u2019 report. The investigative report showed him accepting a ton of cash from investigators and entering into illegal deals.<\/p>\n<h4>About Kwesi Nyantakyi&#8217;s suspension and FIFA<\/h4>\n<p>The suspension from FIFA came on June 8th. That was two days after \u2018Number 12\u2019 premiered in Ghana. Therefore, the ban was set to expire September 6th.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, FIFA thus extended it by a further 45 days as they continue their investigations into corruption allegations against Mr Nyantakyi.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his ban, Nyantakyi was head of the Ghana Football Association, 1st Vice President of the Confederations of African Football and a member of Fifa\u2019s Executive Council.
