Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has reacted to views by some showbiz personalities and a<\/p>\n

section of the public that his latest album is nothing to write home about.<\/p>\n

A section of the public, with some notable artistes such as Kwaw Kese and M3nsa of FOKN<\/p>\n

BOYS have criticised the ‘Reign’ album, describing it as ‘trash’.<\/p>\n

According to them, songs on the album are nothing less than empty noises and aren’t worth<\/p>\n

all the hype the SM Family put into its launch.<\/p>\n

Reacting to all these however, the self-acclaimed dancehall icon says,\u00a0promotion of the<\/p>\n

songs on the album has not yet started because the team is tired after the launch.<\/p>\n

“It was just three days ago we finished with this launch. You know man is tired. I don\u2019t know how they want me to work. When haters talk, you just watch them and say wow, you people are really pushing hard,”<\/em> he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Shatta made this known during an interview on \u2018You Sey Weytin\u2019, a segment on ShowbizFylla on Hitz FM.<\/p>\n

The’Amount’ crooner stressed that his \u2018Reign\u2019 album is not \u2018trash\u2019 or valueless as some have labelled it.<\/p>\n

“I know my album is not \u2018borla\u2019. It is on record now that on the iTunes chart- world album, it went to number one.\u2019\u2019<\/em> He told host,\u00a0Prince Tsegah (Da Son).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Zylofon signee, who as usual seems unperturbed by the negative comments about his<\/p>\n

added that promotion of songs will kick start soon.<\/p>\n

He disclosed that the \u2018Reign\u2019 album is about to begin with a radio tour, a meeting with disc<\/p>\n

jockeys and some parties.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Gringo\u2019 hitmaker launched his anticipated album on October 13, 2018, at the Fantasy<\/p>\n
