Presenter at Hitz FM, Andy Dosty, known in real life as\u00a0Andrew Amoh has stated that<\/p>\n

he will pack his car if Fuel Price rise again.<\/p>\n

Andy Dosty is Hitz FM\u2019s morning show, Daybreak Hitz presenter.<\/p>\n

His outburst however follows recent news that, The Institute of Energy Security (IES)<\/p>\n

is predicting a marginal increase in fuel prices in its review of this month\u2019s first pricing<\/p>\n

window, spanning October 1-15, 2018.<\/p>\n

The Institute attributed the expected increase to a rise in the average Brent crude price<\/p>\n

by 5.7 percent with a corresponding increment in the prices of Gasoline and Gasoil on the international market.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Hitzfm on his own show Daybreak Hitz, Andy Dosty lamented that the<\/p>\n

economy is hard and fuel prices should not shoot up at this critical moment of the economy.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf fuel prices go up again, I will park my car\u201d<\/em> Andy stated.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Reports however has it that, currently, a litre of diesel and petrol are being sold at GH\u00a25.18pesewas<\/p>\n

and GH\u00a25.14pesewas respectively following last month\u2019s hikes, necessitating calls for<\/p>\n

the removal of the Special Petroleum Tax in the price build-up of petroleum products.<\/p>\n
