\u201cIt\u2019s not easy coming from artiste point of view; the works, demands, expectation\u2026 we don\u2019t realise when we are depressed, we only go through a phase. It\u2019s not healthy at all.\u201d <\/em>He said during an interview\u00a0on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

On how he gets over depression, he said;<\/h3>\n

\u201cI try to calm down and rest. The over-expectation is more and I think we go through that a lot unknowingly. I love to be by myself and alone and most often doing nothing literally.
