News of former\u00a0Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, Kwesi Nyantakyi been<\/p>\n

banned\u00a0for life by world football body, FIFA broke out a few days ago.<\/p>\n

This however comes after FIFA\u2019s adjudicatory chamber found Mr Nyantakyi guilty<\/p>\n

of having violated Article 19 (conflict of interest), Article 21 (Bribery and corruption)<\/p>\n

and Article 22 (Commission) of the FIFA Code of Ethics, 2012 edition.<\/p>\n

Mr. Nyantakyi was hence banned from participating in any sports activities both<\/p>\n

nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n

He was also additionally fined 500,000 Swiss Francs (over GHS 2.4million).<\/p>\n

Reacting to the news however, former British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon<\/p>\n

Benjamin took to Twitter to troll former GFA President.<\/p>\n

He however shared a photo of the GHC 2 currency with Mr. Nyantakyi photo-shopped in it<\/p>\n

dressed like an Arabian.<\/p>\n

Under the photo is his tweet which however reads as:<\/p>\n

“Here\u2019s my 12 Cedi contribution to Kwesi Nyantakyi\u2019s CHF 500,000 FIFA fine. Found guilty of corruption and bribery. End of.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
