Some Ghanaian gospel musicians have over the years expressed their discontentment<\/p>\n

with Gospel artistes collaborating with secular ones.<\/p>\n

Others also\u00a0shudder to even harbour the idea of featuring secular musicians on their songs.<\/p>\n

But popular Gospel musician Pastor Josh Laryea says he doesn’t mind collaborating<\/p>\n

secular artistes.<\/p>\n

The ‘ Emere hitmaker’ hitmaker has however featured some secular musicians on some of his<\/p>\n

previous works and still looks forward to working with any other ones.<\/p>\n

Pastor Laryea made this known during an interview with Showbiz.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t mind featuring artistes such as of Kuami Eugene, Stonebwoy or any other secular musician on my songs.<\/em><\/p>\n

“In fact, I worked with Samini and Kwabena Kwabena on some of my songs some time ago thus I have no problem featuring secular artistes on my songs\u201d<\/em> he told Showbiz in an interview recently.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to the ‘Wala Aboloo’singer, it\u2019s about time gospel musicians stopped<\/p>\n

discriminating against secular musicians when it comes to collaborations.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe do the same work and I don\u2019t see anything wrong if I collaborate with a secular artiste. I featured Kwabena Kwabena on Nyame Beye and he did a wonderful job on the song\u201d <\/em>he said.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asked how he would deal with criticisms that will come after collaborations with the artistes<\/p>\n

he mentioned earlier\u2014Kuami Eugene, Stonebwoy etc, Pastor Josh Laryea said he will not be bothered at all.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo far as I believe I am doing the right thing, I don\u2019t mind whatever anyone says or thinks about me. I believe I can win a lot of souls by collaborating with secular artistes. I will be able to add the fans of the secular artiste to mine\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Talking about what he has been up to, Pastor Josh Laryea who has been off the music radar<\/p>\n

for nine years said he is getting ready to release his ninth album titled ”The Grace Factor’ in December.<\/p>\n

The album, recorded by sound engineer Nacee has six songs including Lifter Up Of My Head,<\/p>\n

Grace Abound and Hosanna.<\/p>\n

Pastor Josh Laryea is known for other songs such as Ye Tiatia Woso, Hallelujah,<\/p>\n
