Ghanaian show host, Deloris Frimpong Manso has debunked assertions suggesting that<\/p>\n

African women are helpless and cannot stand on their own across the world.<\/p>\n

According to her, women have the ability to nurture and transform and also believes<\/p>\n

they can be whoever they want to be once they put the requisite efforts to it.<\/p>\n

Citing herself as an example Deloris, popularly called Delay noted her story depicts<\/p>\n

one of grass to grace by dint of hard work.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a beacon of hope for the Ghanaian woman because they know about 10 years ago I was literally homeless but I found the gangsters in me and I was able to transform what I have become today\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Delay Foundation, which she just established is aimed at bridging the gap between the African woman and the Western woman and also as a medium to motivate and empower the African woman.<\/p>\n
