The musician and a man known as Frank Agyemang, aka, Killer Boss, are on trial at the Accra Circuit Court for allegedly defrauding the businessman of GHC105,000 in the land deal.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the two pled not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit crime and fraudulent transaction. According to the prosecution, the two accused sold the land to the businessman. However, the land wasn’t theirs.<\/p>\n
At Tuesday\u2019s court hearing, the prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Ms Agnes Boafo, informed the court that the accused have refunded GHC55,000 out of the GHC105,000 to the businessman.<\/p>\n
