The singer attributed several reasons for his belief<\/p>\n
Furthermore, according to him, gospel musicians lack passion and don’t wait on God for direction. Also, there is little investment of time and resources, poor quality of production and lack of appropriate platforms. Moreover, these ingredients are a necessity for gospel musicians to thrive and grow<\/p>\n
He explained in a press release that,<\/p>\n
\u201cThe time invested in production lately is little, look at the kind of songs we produce, see a song like \u201cBorborliborbor\u201d. The production is not the best. Most artists now don\u2019t even go for waiting to hear from the Lord, they do as they wish leaving God behind.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\u201cWe as gospel people lack the needed platforms as well. How many gospel centred shows do we have in this country. We need to sit up, cross our T\u2019s and dot our I\u2019s so we can propel the gospel to the ends of the earth.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
