There are many young children dying of heart diseases and must be supported to live,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/09\/nii-okai.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-585\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/09\/nii-okai.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/09\/nii-okai.jpg 480w, https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/09\/nii-okai-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis 40 Hearts campaign is not just about funding surgeries, but becoming a \u2018force-for-good\u2019 in shaping national policy and promoting healthy lifestyles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ni Okai, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of the \u2018Nii Okai Saving Hearts Foundation (NOSHF), a non-profit organisation, launched the foundation on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his debut album \u2018Mokobe\u2019 whose proceeds was use to perform Hole-in-Heart surgeries for 10 under privileged children.<\/p>\n<p>He said there is the need to support the underprivileged and vulnerable in society who are suffering from various diseases, especially, \u201cCardio-Vascular\u201d diseases and cannot afford for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The Gospel Musician expressed appreciation to the National Cardiothoracic Centre and the Ghana Heart Foundation for their role in reducing cardio related diseases in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>He also expressed gratitude to the Heritage Bank and the media for supporting his vision to save the lives of the poor and vulnerable in society.<\/p>\n<p>News Source: GNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renowned Gospel musician Nii Okai, has slated Sunday September 24, to launch his sixth album to save 40 lives at the Light House Chapel, Morning Star-Cathedral, Sakumono in Accra.
