She made these statements in an interview on TV3\u2019s New Day. According to her, the issues started when she complained about her 2005 hit song \u2018I6 Years\u2019 not winning an award at the 2006 edition of the awards show.<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause we had issues, I remember as far back as 2006, I complained about \u201816 years\u2019 not winning an award and every time they will nominate me and the panelists will go on TV and discredit me, and the people have to vote and you don\u2019t expect people to vote for me. And even way before and after we sorted it out, it\u2019s like they cut me out\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Mzbel revealed this in answer to a question about filing for the 2019 edition of the awards show.<\/p>\n
