He made these statements on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM Tuesday. Furthermore, he stated that he felt unnoticed, and that hurt his feelings.<\/p>\n
\u201cEvery time I produced for an artiste, they hardly noticed me. I can produce a hit song like I did with the Jesse Jags and Wizkid track (Bad Girl), still, nobody knew who I was\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Also, he spoke about the fact that certain artists reproduced beats he worked so hard to make for them.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe most challenging thing was when artistes you have produced songs for, let another producer reproduce everything you have done without your knowledge\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
According to him, this made him stay away from the big stars in the industry and focus on his friends.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was bringing me down so I stayed away from the big stars and started doing beats for some of my friends\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Therefore, he produced the \u201cAkwaaba\u201d song as a cry for the recognition<\/p>\n
\u201cwhen I produced \u2018Akwaaba\u2019, I decided to put my name first before everyone else\u2019s. Akwaaba came from my heart; it was a build up for not being accepted, the suffering and being pushed to the background.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
