Veteran hiplife artiste, Kontihene expressed his fondness for embattled Menzgold boss Nana Appiah Mensah.<\/p>\n

He spoke about this in an exclusive interview with AJ Sarpong on Citi TV\u2019s \u2018Hall of Fame\u2019. Moreover, Kontihene said even though he does not know much about how NAM1 went about his gold business, he believes there is a virtue in him that can be tapped into.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like his spirit. I like his boldness. There is something about him that I like. I pray that we can use his brain for something better for ourselves\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Also, he stated that he has nothing against NAM1. However, he does not want radio presenters to play his song \u2018Asesa\u2019 song when discussing Menzgold issues. Recently, some radio presenters started playing Kontihene\u2019s \u2018Asesa\u2019 while discussing Menzgold Matters. He came out to warn them to stop playing the song.<\/p>\n

The song gained currency in the heat of the Menzgold saga because of the line \u2018Nana Appiah me nwom nie\u2019<\/p>\n

According to Kontihene, even though both of them are called Nana Appiah it was wrong to play his song for the Menzgold boss when it got into trouble.<\/p>\n
