The final edition of the annual Girl Talk concert for songstress Efya was filled with many surprises.<\/p>\n
Previous ones also had many surprising moments but this year’s really put patrons into a lot of bewildering moments.<\/p>\n
Some of the ‘girls’ who attended the ‘Bowout’ edition for Efya were honored for all their good works and contributions to society.<\/p>\n
One of such ‘girls’ was actress cum movie producer Yvonne Nelson.<\/p>\n
Halfway through the show, Efya called on former Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Abra Dzifa Gomashie to perform a duty. Madam Gomashie, not wanting to mince the right words to describe the awards-winning actress read her speech from her phone.<\/p>\n
In her speech, she made it known that the that night was her first time she was personally going to meet the ‘4Play actress.’\u00a0 She admired her courage in facing all that she went through after her child birth.<\/p>\n
The speech however brought a few tears into the eyes of Yvonne. She has indeed faced a lot of controversies since she put to bed.<\/p>\n

Madam Gomashie further called on some of the girls present, including some well-known faces to help honor Yvonne Nelson with a crown for not giving up in life despite the challenges.<\/p>\n
The even is however Yvonne’s first public outing since she delivered a baby girl\u00a0 two months ago.<\/p>\n
MzVee,\u00a0Martha Ankomah, Lydia Forson, Sandra Ankobia, Becca, Nana Adwoa Awindor and many other prominent personalities mounted the stage to promise their support for each other.<\/p>\n
