Do not wait to feel thirsty before you drink water. Ensure you take lots of foods and fruits rich in vitamin C. This helps to keep the skin fresh and prevent sneezing and catarrh.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4. It is important to do away with your alcohol or astringent-containing facial cleansers and toners away now. Instead, make use of mild cleansers with a neutral pH of 5.5. Don\u2019t forget to always moisturize after cleansing and don&#8217;t dry yourself completely after bathing, leave some water on.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s advisable to use mild moisturizing soaps or body bath creams in order to preserve your body oil.
