She has come against the tendency to blame women\u2019s dressing as the cause of rape and s*xual harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Joselyn opposed that way of thinking. She labeled it as &#8216;crap&#8217; and said women should have the ability to dress without fear of rape or harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Joselyn spoke about this on the latest episode of\u00a0<em>\u2018Keeping it Real with Joselyn Dumas\u2019,<\/em> which aired over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>She had the conversation with Miss Ghana 2010, Stephanie Karikari and Yaa Boadi Okudzeto. The topic for discussion was around the difficulties women face in the corporate world.<\/p>\n<p>Also, they spoke about how to navigate the constant attention from men who want something in return for striking a deal with you.<\/p>\n<p>Joselyn pushed back against the widespread perception that the way a woman dresses has something to do with a man deciding to pursue her sexually.<\/p>\n<h4>Her Comments<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI read somewhere that women attract some of these men and these rape issues because of the way they dress. I think that\u2019s crap.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf men are moved by what they see so I can\u2019t wear certain clothes?\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The actress also reiterated that blaming the victim who suffered a crime is wrong and should not be encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the panel tried to decipher why some married tried to initiate sexual encounters with women who came to see them for a business deal. Stephanie Karikari said it\u2019s because most men are wired to cheat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Men are dogs<\/em>,\u201d the former Miss Ghana winner said without mincing words.<\/p>\n<p>However, both Dumas and Boadi were quick to say &#8216;some men&#8217;.
