Guess Who’s Coming To Kenya Again? ALAINE!

After lighting the stage on fire at last year’s Sepetuka, Alaine Laughton is set to revisit Kenya for a second performance. According to Grace Kerongo, she has been scheduled to perform at the Wild Love Festival to be held next year in Lukenya Hills.

I, for one am so grateful for this, as I was JACKED last time at the bloody gate! I was so excited for the Alaine concert, only to turn back after some pickpocket decided that it was my day to be stolen from. Anyway, I will STILL be going for this one, because Alaine has been releasing fresher and fresher songs ever since she left Kenya; For example “Bye Bye Bye,” “Take All My Love,” and “Another Love Song.

Those who actually made it in should also be excited for this, as I heard that Alaine’s last performance was a very memorable one. The crowd sang each and every song of hers, word for word, moving her to tears.

The Wild Love Festival where she will be performing was set for December 7, but it has been pushed to next year because of the 2012 campaigns, which the event sponsors are reportedly concerned about. Thus the concert will be held in May next year at a three-day music festival. The purpose of the concert will be to raise funds for Canini Children’s Home.

The curtain raisers will be Dancehall Natural Affairs from UK, Murfy’s Flaw, Mutinda and DJ Hassan will be on the decks.

Be there or be square.
