Amateur video caught two men said to be thugs being killed in cold blood in Ronald Ngala Street!

Are police allowed to shoot and kill criminals even when they pose no threat to their lives? The incident in the CBD left many with lots of questions.

Unknown persons caught a bloodcurdling incident in Ronald Ngala Street on video; two men were being executed in broad daylight.

The first scene of the video shows a man lying on the ground dead. Men thought to be plain cloth police officers then escort a second man in an alley.

The man tries to fight off the said plain cloth officers but he’s overpowered and dragged into the allay. Two gunshots are heard and then the man lies dead. The incident happened on Wednesday.

The persons who caught the killings on video were recording the incident from a storey building opposite the road.
