I don’t Regret Leaving Nollywood- Regina Askia

Former Nollywood sensation, who was also a model that served as Miss Nigeria in the year 1990, Regina Askia, has told her fans that she does not regret leaving the movie industry.

This was in a question and answer session with her fans on Instagram. Regina who moved to the United States, now works as a family nurse practitioner.

Regina Askia says she is content with a real career.

Asked by a fan if she has regrets leaving the Nigerian movie industry, the nurse noted that she doesn’t regret it. According to her, she is content with having a real career. Her career feeds her body and soul, she said.

Regina studied at the University of Lagos College of Medicine, where she was crowned Miss Unilag. She however left the country to the US, to pursue her career.
