Ivan Ssemwanga’s final resting place DOES NOT befit a fallen tycoon known for flamboyance (photos)

Ivan Ssemwanga lived life in the fast lane, he had the Midas touch but his own funeral is short of anything flamboyance which was synonymous with him.

The funeral service of the godfather of the Rich Gang – Ivan Ssemwanga is underway in Kayunga District, Nakalilo village, Central Uganda.

The remains of the fallen tycoon was transported to his rural home after a requiem mass that was held at Namirembe Cathedral on Monday.

There is no display of opulence at Ivan’s burial unlike other famous wealthy people who are buried in spectacular grandeur, just like they lived when they were alive.

The gravesite, the tents, the catering etc at Ivan’s burial are just ‘common’, the kind you see at a commoner’s burial.  The godfather of Rich Gang lived like a king but he’s being buried like a commoner!
