Jeff Koinange To Stand Trial Again After High Court Renounced Its Earlier Decision That Set Him Free

Legendary TV host, Jeff Koinange, is not out of the woods yet, the demons he cast out a while ago have broken loose from the confines of hell to haunt him again!

Jeff Koinange has been battling to ‘buy’ his freedom ever since he was slapped with a lawsuit that turned out to be his biggest nightmare.

For starters, Jeff alongside businessman Tony Gachoka were arrested and arraigned in court for discussing a company owned by Wanjigis on Jeff Koinange Live defying court orders barring them from the same.

Jeff’s discussion with Tony was the genesis of his problems and he would later part with lots of cash and spend days in the corridors of justice trying to secure his freedom.

On June 10th, Jeff was ordered to pay Kes 2 million or face a jail term of six long months in prison for his crime, contempt of the court.

The talk show king paid the fine and walked out of the court a happy man knowing he had finally locked his demons in an iron cage.

But yesterday Jeff was once again greeted with a rude shock after the High Court lifted orders that had stopped his trial.

The brothers Jeff stepped on alongside his accomplice at JKL successfully filed another petition. Jimi Wanjigi and Sani Wanjigi through their lawyer opened a new battlefront with Jeff.

Justice Weldon Korir yesterday ordered Jeff to answer fresh charges of defamation. The two brothers are demanding Ksh 60 million in damages for defamation.
