Julie Gichuru Prays For ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda
Fatou Bensouda is a household name in Kenya, hated and loved in equal measure, thanks to the political landscape in Kenya. She has trended even more after president Uhuru Kenyatta was summoned to The Hague for a status conference in a case he has been accused of masterminding the 2007 post-election violence.
And among those mesmerised by Bensouda’s advances on Kenyan leaders, specifically president Uhuru Kenyatta is Citizen TV’s Julie Gichuru.
In Her twitter handle, Gichuru shared a video of president Kenyatta addressing residents in Kikuyu language back then when he was not president.
Uhuru appears to urge the members of the Kikuyu community to avoid violence and remain calm despite the sorry state of the nation then.
Julie appears to wonder why Bensouda is after President Kenyatta even when he was in the forefront to preach peace and harmony in the country. She ends up leaving a word of prayer for Bensouda. Here it is:

In her subsequent tweets, Julie wants somebody to interpret to Bensouda what president Kenyatta was exactly saying.
It seems the ICC issue has got everyone opening their lips to utter something.
