Actress Nyaboke Pens Emotional Tribute To Late Daughter

Former Tahidi High actress Nyaboke Moraa has shared a deeply emotional tribute on social media, marking the first anniversary of her eldest daughter, Marie Achieng’s, passing.

The heartbreaking post resonated with many, as Moraa openly expressed her profound grief and questioned her faith.

In a poignant caption accompanying a smiling photo of Achieng, Moraa wrote;

“Kwani nilikosea Mungu nini?” (What wrong did I do to God?).

Her raw vulnerability in the face of such a loss touched the hearts of her followers, who flooded the comments with messages of support and solace.

Marie Achieng, who was 19 years old, tragically passed away in July 2024. Her burial took place on August 10 of the same year. The family, seeking privacy during their difficult time, chose not to disclose the cause of her death.

Following Achieng’s demise, Moraa bravely confessed to the struggles she faced daily. She admitted to often being confined to her room and, at one point, turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism for her.
