Buruklyn Boyz members announce they have more ammo to release against Toxic Lyricali

Mr Right of the drill group Buruklyn Boyz has confirmed that he has several unreleased diss tracks aimed at fellow rapper Toxic Lyrikali, further intensifying anticipation within Kenya’s growing drill music scene.

Buruklyn Boyz, made up of Ajay and Mr Right, are widely recognised for helping popularise UK-inspired drill music in Nairobi through hard-hitting street narratives and aggressive flows rooted in Buruburu culture. Their music has positioned them among the most influential acts in Kenya’s modern rap scene.

Speaking during an interview with TikTok creator Saint Owino on Sunday, May 24, 2026, Mr Right revealed that the diss tracks are already completed and only waiting for release.

“I know my fans are waiting for me to release more and more diss tracks, and I can confirm that I already have several of them ready,” he said.

According to the rapper, he intends to release the songs gradually instead of dropping everything at once, saying he wants fans to fully enjoy each track individually.

“The only thing left is the release because the work of writing and recording is already done. I just don’t want to bombard fans with everything at once; I prefer releasing them gradually so people can enjoy them properly,” he added.

Mr Right also hinted that the lyrical rivalry with Toxic Lyrikali is far from over, suggesting there is still much more to come as the feud unfolds.

“The guy we were beefing with, Toxic Lyrikali, will have to surrender because there is a lot coming,” he stated.

Beyond music, the rapper also opened up about his personal life and interests. He revealed that many fans are often surprised to learn that he is Muslim, describing it as one of the biggest misconceptions people have about him.

“Many people don’t know this about me, but I ride bikes as a hobby, and I am also Muslim,” he shared.

The artist further disclosed that he enjoys drifting cars and biking outside music, saying the activities are part of his lifestyle away from the spotlight.

Mr Right also addressed ongoing debates about Buruburu’s identity, dismissing claims that the estate is not part of Nairobi’s Eastlands region.

“Some people say Buruburu is not part of Eastlands, but that is not true. Let them take a compass and check where east is,” he said.

He concluded by encouraging young people from the hood to remain focused, work hard, and prioritise faith in their pursuit of success.

“My advice to hood boys is that you should always do your best and put God first because that is how you unlock doors and succeed in life,” he added.
