Pastor Kanyari reveals his daughter Sky makes Ksh 500K a month from content creation

Salvation Healing Ministry founder Pastor Victor Kanyari has revealed that his daughter, Sky Victor, reportedly earns up to Ksh500,000 monthly through content creation.

Speaking during his Wednesday, May 27, 2026, midweek service, the preacher praised his daughter’s creativity and entrepreneurial mindset online, describing her as a clever Nairobi girl who understands how to attract audiences through digital content.

According to Kanyari, Sky prefers keeping the income she earns from content creation in her own account despite his playful attempts to persuade her to share part of it with him.

“She earns that per month. Imagine earning Ksh500,000 every month like she does. She insists the money must go to her own account. I usually try convincing her to deposit some into my account, but she refuses and says it is her money,” Kanyari said.

The televangelist went on to jokingly describe his daughter as highly strategic when creating relatable online videos, especially content centred around cooking and household activities.

Kanyari claimed that in some cases, he is the one who actually cooks meals such as ugali before Sky later appears in the videos posing with the finished food, creating the impression that she prepared it herself.

“She is a very sharp girl. Most of her content involves cooking ugali, but she uses tricks because she comes and poses with the cooked ugali, making people think she cooked it, yet I am the one who prepared it. She only comes later to create the content,” he added.

He further noted that Sky has become street-smart and strategic in the same way he considers himself, saying children often mirror the environment and upbringing they receive from their parents.

“That means she is a sharp Nairobi girl. She has become streetwise just like me, her father. The way you raise a child is the way they will grow up. If you raise a child badly, they will also become a copy of that behaviour,” he stated.
