Controversial Forex Trader Kenyan Prince Sparks Outrage With Comments On Low Income
Self-proclaimed Forex trader and social media personality Kenyan Prince, whose real name is Raymond Omosa, has stirred up controversy with his recent remarks about Kenyans earning less than KSh 50,000 per month. Known for his boastful persona, Omosa made bold claims in a video that has since drawn widespread criticism.
According to Omosa, a person earning less than KSh 50,000 per month is simply “waiting for death,” as they will be unable to experience the finer things in life.

“Your Only Future Is Death”
Omosa argued that with such a salary, one cannot afford to buy luxury cars, own multiple vehicles, or live in a desirable Nairobi neighborhood.
“With a salary of less than KSh 50,000 a month, and that is what you want to rely on for the rest of your life, forget about driving a car like a GLE Mercedes-Benz. Forget about owning three cars,” he said. “Your only future is death.”
He further claimed that with such a low income, a person could not afford a KSh 50,000-per-month rental house. He added that if they required expensive medical treatment, they would likely have to rely on fundraisers or face death.
Omosa also addressed persistent accusations that he earns his money through illicit means, including homosexuality. He dared critics to try and see if another man would pay them KSh 200,000, promising to give them an additional KSh 200,000 if they succeeded. He concluded by accusing many Kenyans of “justifying poverty.”
In the comments section, many Kenyans criticized his remarks as boastful and insensitive, with some pointing out that death is an inevitable part of life for everyone, regardless of their income.
