The 21-year-old, who joined Tusker FC at the start of last season, has seen a meteoric rise from a promising midfielder to one of Kenya’s most lethal forwards. His transformation came under the guidance of Tusker coach Charles Okere, a tactical gamble that paid off with an impressive 15 goals in just 17 Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League appearances.

Ogam’s stellar performance for Tusker, followed by his decisive contributions for the national team at the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), put him firmly on the radar of European scouts. His match-winning goals against Morocco and Zambia during the tournament not only reignited Kenya’s campaign but also earned him continental recognition, drawing comparisons to Harambee Stars captain Michael Olunga.
