Kelvin Kinuthia Explains Habitual House Moving And Next Relocation Plan (Video)

Flamboyant digital content creator and crossdresser Kelvin Kinuthia has revealed the spiritual and energetic reasons behind his frequent residential relocations, claiming that bad vibes left behind by house guests can actively stunt personal success.

Speaking in a candid sit-down with media personality Oga Obinna, the TikTok influencer opened up about his highly sensitive approach to living spaces and why he refuses to stay anchored in one place for too long.

Escaping Toxic Energy and Stagnation

Kinuthia explained that he views houses as vessels for energy, warning that unsuspecting hosts often harbor lingering negative vibes brought in by friends and acquaintances, which can quietly sabotage their growth.

“I don’t know if moving into a new house comes with blessings, but someone can visit you and leave negative energy behind without you knowing,” Kinuthia reasoned. “Then you stay stuck there for like three years, wondering why your life isn’t progressing.”

To guard against this spiritual stagnation, the content creator relies heavily on his intuition, moving homes whenever the atmosphere in a house no longer aligns with his career or mental well-being.

Relocating Again This Month

The influencer disclosed that his nomadic lifestyle is purely vibe-driven, admitting that he is already packed and prepared to break his current lease by the end of May 2026—despite having only moved into his current residence in October 2025.

“I move depending on how I feel. I’ve been staying where I am now since last October, and I’m moving again at the end of this month. Whatever I want, I get,” he confidently stated.

Reflecting on his past rental history, Kinuthia also recalled the shortest duration he has ever spent in a single apartment, revealing that he once checked out of a house almost immediately due to unexpected overcrowding and noise pollution in the immediate neighborhood.
