Mulamwah Prefers Relationship With Carol Sonnie Over Ruth K, Hints At Reality Show

Comedian Mulamwah has publicly stated his preference for his past relationship with Carol Sonnie over his recent one with Ruth K, citing a greater degree of mutual respect. In a new YouTube video, Mulamwah explained that Carol was more respectful, which has allowed them to rebuild understanding despite their split.

Mulamwah went on to hint at the possibility of a future reality show, making it clear that such a project could only work with Carol Sonnie. He believes their current mutual respect would ensure the show’s success, unlike with Ruth, where “egos and unresolved issues” would pose an obstacle.

He also demanded more respect from Ruth K, asserting that he taught her “everything she knows,” which led to her current platform. He suggested that breakups should aim to elevate individuals, noting that Ruth would eventually find a better man, and the same would happen for him.

Mulamwah disclosed that he advised Carol Sonnie to avoid therapy, suggesting it would drain her finances. Instead, he encouraged her to resolve issues directly with him and focus on her work. He claimed they sorted out their differences and now share no enmity due to their mutual respect.

He further added that in the future, they might decide to create a reality show and earn money together. He believes such a show would attract a large audience, but ruled out a similar project with Ruth due to unresolved “ego” issues.

“Huko mbeleni, you never know, tunaweza kaa chini tuseme tuunde reality show, hiyo ni pesa yetu iko tu huko inje. Tunakaa chini, sing agreements, na tunashoot, niko sure ni kitu tuki announce watu watataka kuona,” he stated. This translates to: “Somewhere down the line, you never know, we might sit down and just decide to create a reality show. That’s our money just sitting out there. We sit down, sign agreements, and start shooting. I’m sure it’s something that, if we announce, people would really want to watch.”

Despite facing personal and online challenges, Mulamwah has established a significant presence in Kenya’s entertainment industry, boasting millions of views across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. His career demonstrates creativity and an ability to turn personal challenges into public impact.
