Taking to his official social media pages recently, Sam West shared a series of intimate photos featuring himself, Precious, and other family members, confirming his new marital status.
The speaker reflected on the profound blessing of finding true love, sharing a supportive biblical verse:
“Help me say hello to Precious West. Proverbs 18:22 (NKJV) ‘He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favour from the Lord.’”
This announcement comes as both parties have found new happiness, as Vivianne also recently welcomed a newborn with her current partner.
The End of a Public Union
Sam West and Vivianne’s relationship was highly publicized, lasting from 2016 until their traditional wedding in March 2018. Their union, however, concluded in 2022, a split that Vivianne publicly confirmed on April 16, 2023. Beyond being husband and wife, Sam had also served as Vivianne’s music manager.
Speaking about the end of their marriage, Vivianne offered a candid explanation, citing underlying issues that contributed to the breakdown.
“When it comes to relationships, especially nowadays, they are unpredictable. Some things stopped working in our relationship, and that is why it broke. I think there was a lot of pent-up anger,” Vivianne revealed in a past interview.
She acknowledged that a desire to “punish their partners” for falling short of expectations often contributes to marital failure.
“There was a lot of betrayals. There are some things he wanted from me, and his patience ran out. We were now getting into the next phase of our life,” she said.
The former couple’s difficulties were evident even before the breakup; in 2020, they publicly requested prayers for their marriage, recognizing that social media often creates an illusion of flawless relationships that don’t match reality.
