“30Kgs down” Willis Raburu shares video showing incredible weight-loss transformation

Willis Raburu has never been shy about his struggle with weightloss. For years he has been hitting the gym but for reason he never seems to achieve his body goals meaning either he is either doing it wrong or he never adjusts his diet to favor his workout.

For this reason he recently underwent gastric bypass surgery to help shed off the weight and so far – Raburu says he has lost 30kgs from 164kgs since the procedure and yes…the changes are showing.

Well, as seen on his latest post – Raburu shared a video showing an old photo taken before the surgery which he combined with a short clip to show his current body size and like i said….its definitely working for the 10/10 host.

We would have expected different results since Raburu already revealed to have spent about 500k on the surgery procedure….so yea he is seeing what he balled on finally pay off.

Weuh: Drama between Karen Nyamu and lady linked to Samidoh takes a turn for the worst

Bernice Saroni has responded to Karen Nyamu body shamimg her after she refered to the US based promoter as one with big assets; a statement Bernice now says was demeaning coming from a woman like Karen Nyamu.

However according to Karen Nyamu she only said that as a compliment to the lady and was not aiming at hurting or picking on Bernice Saroni. To prove this, Ms Nyamu hit at a hating fan by unveiling a screenshot showing she even talks to Bernice – to help kill the ongoing rumor claiming they are beefing over the Mugiithi singer.

 

But again Bernice came gun blazing calling out Nyamu for implying they are friends….but wait…why is she complaining? Its showbiz ama ni mambo yao?

Okay, from the comments left under Bernice’s Facebook post, it appears most felt she was now picking on Karen Nyamu who had tried downplaying their ongoing beef….probably because she knows her man depends on Bernice for the oversea events….but clearly the promoter wouldn’t have it.

Responding to Karenzo…..Samidoh’s promoter wrote;

Okay at this point – Samidoh needs to get his house in order because we all know chances are that Bernice isnt working alone considering she us friends with Edday Nderitu….and may i remind of Eve, Delilah, Jezebel and others youre familiar with.

It is no secret that Karen Nyamu woukd fight for Samidoh’s love. I mean she has already proven this a number of times and even after he got physical with her despite being pregnant for him….they reconciled and moved on as if nothing happened.

Anyway so far we have also seen that Ms Nyamu does not care about her man having another family and from the look of it…neither her nor Edday are willing to step down hence making it a polygamy family and it’s working for them.

With that said, Karen Nyamu now says Samidoh is the kind of man she would fight for. Not quite sure whether she meant physical fight or fighting for his love but all we know is that she is ready to ride or die for him.

Words will never explain what Davido and fiance Chioma have been going through after losing their son – who is said to have drowned in their apartments swimming pool. Tragic and painful and whats worse is that word has it that the people they left incharge of the boy also claim they dont know what happened.

Well, word from lindaikejisblog.com claims that both the nanny and chef had been watching Ifeanyi before the nanny stepped out to receive a call, leaving the boy with the chef; and from what the Chef says is that he left the boy with the nanny….a blame game.

The Nanny was with Ifeanyi and the Chef came to join them. The Nanny was said to have moved slightly away to receive a call. When she returned, she couldn’t find Ifeanyi and assumed he was with the Chef but the Chef said he had left Ifeanyi with her.

Well judging from what i know is that you cannot leave a 2 year unsupervised and if I am not wrong – there is no way a toddler will go silent for 5 minutes without you suspecting something is up, right?

Lukresa Robai is currently trending thanks to a tiktok video where she was seen dancing for a little boy admitted at a hospital in Kitale where she works.

Being a 22 year old, Lukresa definitely understands how the social media app works and despite having used it for a while – she never got the attention she is currently receiving for her fans. Speaking during recent interview with Citizen TV, Lukresa opened up about the video saying she saw the boy feeling down due to hus fractured leg….and being one who loves her little patients – she then decided to entertain him.

I was in the line of duty when I came across this young boy admitted to the hospital bed because of a fractured leg. He looked noted and so I decided to cheer him up with a dance. I put on a kid’s song and recorded myself dancing for the little boy. My idea seemed to work the young boy was entertained and was trying to dance on the beats.

Well having shared the video, she later went to check how many people had viewed and to her surprise;

within some few hours, I checked on my tiktok account and was astonished to see how the video had gained a lot of views.

Well, those were the rumors at the time but we later laernt that she is his US based promoter and thanks to her – Samidoh has been having successful Mugithii events in the States.

Mbusii explains why ‘Toboa Siri’ segment show is no longer airing on Radio jambo

One thing i know is that Kenyans love entertainment especially when it comes to family drama, new relationships, nasty breakups and of course gossip on deadbeats and exposing them.

This explains why show Toboa Siri by Mbusii and cohost Lion has been successful for years but for some reason they haven’t been including this segment in their reggae show. Well thanks to a new interview – we now understand that the show was pulled out following an expose they did not knowing the parties involved was a powerful person.

Well according to Mbusii, the segment was suspended after a request from the government which will have a review on the show before it makes it back on air.

The National Government asked us to suspend the show. There was a ‘secret’ by a caller that put us in trouble. The show is being reviewed. We will just put them in the achieve as we wait for the government’s decision.

Well they say money comes with power and clearly to have a whole segment pulled down by Radio Africa means there must have been trouble.

According to Lion – he had even warned Mbusii about airing the expose on the alleged powerful person since he already knew it would either land them in trouble or even worse. Speaking on this Lion said;

Bernice Saroni has been making headlines courtesy of Mugiithi singer Samidoh who many believe could be eyeing her. From the stories making rounds on social media is that Samidoh has been living with the lass who apparently also takes care of his bills while in the States.

Mmh, well could be true – I mean thats the work of a manager or event organizer and Bernice Saroni being one who handles such kenyans events in the US…did fans expect her to treat him any different?

Anyway with the rumors spreading like wild fire, Bernice this past weekend shared an update concerning an event Samidoh had cancelled; and from what she said is that the singer had been hospitalized following sudden health issue – hence forcing him to cancel his show.

An unfortunate accident happened this morning and led Samidoh to the Emergency Room, hence not being able to travel over for tonight’s show. Kindly bear with us sorry for any inconvenience caused. Veteran News anchor Catherine Kasavuli is quite known by most kenyans who grew up watching on TV and i hear back then – she would not only turn heads with her looks but her voice, grace and class.

And although most TVs were black and white back then – Catherine Kasavuli still managed to captivate many which explains why she made a come back after almost a decade since she retired.

Anyway having been back for close to a year, word making rounds on social media is that the lovely Kasavuli is currently admitted to KNH private wing after doctors diagnosed her with Cervical cancer.

This was made known by her boss wnd KBC acting Managing director Samuel Maina who has been mobilising colleagues to help the veteran newscaster. According to reports, Samuel apparently shared an update on Kasavuli’s medical condition saying;

Vanessa Mdee bares huge baby bump in new pictures days after announcing 2nd pregnancy

Vanessa Mdee and fiance, Rotimi have another bun in the oven and thanks to a video they had previously shared online – we understand the couple is expecting a baby girl, a year after they welcomed their first child, a son they named Seven.

Judging from the gender reveal video, it was obvious to see the happiness and joy on Vanessa Mdee who couldnt hold herself back after learning she was carrying a baby girl. Well with two boys in the house, i bet she couldn’t have prayed any different and look now….she has a twin on the way.

Mugithii singer Samidoh has found himself in a rumor linking him to a certain lady identied as Bernice who lives in USA. So apprerently word has it that Bernice has become a familiar face to most of Samidoh’s fans – who now claim she graces all his events whenever in the US.

Well, with many asking questions about her – a certain popular Kikuyu online tv allegwdky posted on their Facebook official page claiming the said lady is currently dating Samidoh; and to explain their theory – they went on to claim she is the same lady who invited him to the States to perform…..and im thinking but that’s what a promoter does, right?

But then again – rumors just don’t start out of no where, right? So could someone in Samidoh’s circle talking or sending mixed signals?

Content creator Kinuthia has always wanted to look smaller but thanks to his family’s genes…they have always had a big body all their life but now that they are a celebrity and a popular cross dresser, seems like Kinuthia wants to make a few changes that will help favor new celebrity status.

Well, just like Catherine Kamau, Jackie Matubia, Willis Raburu among others – Kinuthua too has embarked of easy weight loss procedure that is judging from the latest post shared on their Instagram page. According to Kinuthia, they had always wanted to have a smaller body but since working out has never favored them, they then opted for the ballon procedure.

Anyway having Risper Faith already testify to this same procedure after failed liposuction – chances are that Kinuthia too will have similar results. Samidoh may have lost his parents but their memory remains fresh in his mind because they raised him to become a man of substance and ome that values what family means.

Well, just like you and I have faults…so does he but then again this does not define who he is. Anyway for those who dont know, Samidoh lost his father (a policeman) who was caught in tribal clashes a few years back and later on lost his mum – leaving him and his 5 siblings as orphans.

Speaking about his parents death a while back, the celebrated Mugithii singer said;

King Alami’s arm amputated & set to undergo more surgeries days after tragic fall – ex Noti Flow shares more details

By now weve all heard about a rumor concerning King Alami who allegedly fell from a 7 storey building; and judging from what was reported is that this happened after learning about her girlfriend infidelity – but like i said, it was a rumor.

Well, with every rumor there must be some truth to it which explains why King Alami is currently battling for her life at KNH where she was admitted. Okay – just imagining a fall from 7th floor gives me goosebumps, so you can imagine what King Alami’s parents and son have been going through for the last few days.

Anyway with the fall so tragic, we now understand that King Alami has lost an arm after doctors amputated it due to health reasons. This was revealed in a post shared by Noti Flow through her Instagram page where she wrote;

Okay….before anything else i would like you to note that its been almost 3 years since they parted ways and Maryaprude still hangs on to her pain or memories making it hard to get past her life with Raburu.

Risper Faith blames photoshopped photo on social media pressure, says everyone is faking it

Risper Faith has been makking news for the last few days following an expose on a photoshopped photo shared on her page. From what we understand is that the socialite stole a photo from an American content creator – which she then ‘replaced’ the model’s face with hers; and both having similar curves – many fell for it.

However njia ya muongo ni fupi which brings us to her latest interview with Mungai Eve where she opened up on the expose – and to our surprise Risper Faith says she posted the photo on purpose to boost her sales. Apparently she decided to pull the prank towards end month – since she knows everyone will be discussing her hence more attention to her businesses. Okay….not what I expected her to say but then again…socialite…right?

Anyway speaking about this with Mungai Eve, Risper Faith said;
