He was born in Nairobi&#8217;s Eastlands, Buruburu area. Currently, he represents the west part of Nairobi, Kangemi route 23. This is where he grew up watching and listening to other rappers do their thing and it really got him thinking about getting into the music scene. After some few months break he came back strongly with the track titled \u201cBeautiful\u201d which did so well.<\/p>\n<h3>Career<\/h3>\n<p>In fact he\u00a0 started doing music back in 2008 after which he emerged a winner of the infamous Florida Freestyle Battles in the 2008\/2009\u00a0 and since then, he has been doing great in the rap industry. Also \u00a0he released his 2nd mix-tape titled \u201cUndisputed Heads \u201d which was a joint project teaming up with\u00a0 Khaligraph Jones. He was also crowned the \u201cThe Rap Battle winner in the same year during the \u201cTranslating Hip-hop \u201d. Also\u00a0 2012 he also went ahead to win another battle competition on Ghetto Radio\u2019s Hip-hop Republic Show.<\/p>\n<p>Then in 2014, Oksyde went ahead and released &#8220;Piga Makofi&#8221; a jam which he featured E.M.Cee a Tanzanian artist. In addition, he also released \u201cNduru Rmx\u201d where he featured Dandan,Smalls Lethal and Abbas.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Piga Makofi  - Oksyde ft E. M. He needs to come back fully into the market.
