She opened up about her experience in a Q and A session where she said she has been struggling with mental illness.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYou know, depressed people are advised to talk about their issues but it\u2019s never that easy for me because I hate talking about my problems,\u201d Njambi said.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Silent<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-102153\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/05\/njambi-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/05\/njambi-1.jpg 692w, https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/05\/njambi-1-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She went on to say that many people choose to stay silent because people don&#8217;t understand it&#8217;s a disease.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;No one will ever understand the pain you are in and that is why I just prefer to lock myself in my bedroom and pray rather than talk to someone.&#8221; she confessed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Adding:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>It is so hard because once you are stressed by a small issue, you go back to square one. I just listen to music, cry a lot and I mean a lot.
