KISS 100\u00b4s Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe have Radio Africa in their defense against court charges filed by their former employer, NRG.<\/p>\n

Since the two radio presenters exited NRG for KISS 100\u00b4s breakfast show, they have hardly been able to take up their new job after facing court charges.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

According to court documents, NRG cite a non-compete clause in the presenters\u00b4 contracts.<\/p>\n

Upon resigning, the two paid NRG 3-months salary in lieu of notice.<\/p>\n

However, NRG seeks to have the court:<\/p>\n

Grant a temporary order of injunction restraining the Respondent from performing services for, carrying or being engaged or interested or concerned directly or indirectly<\/p>\n

or publicly identifying with the promotion of or the services provided by, any other radio station within the Republic of Kenya<\/p>\n

or in any business which in anyway competes with the Applicant\u2019s business pending the hearing and determination of this application.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fortunately, Kamene\u00b4s and Kibe\u00b4s current employer, Radio Africa have vowed to defend them.<\/p>\n
