An Uber driver who had been arrested for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy in Nyali has been freed by a court.<\/p>\n
Fredrick Mungai Njenga, 33, who had been accused of molesting the boy after his aunt requested the Uber for him, was released by Senior Resident Magistrate Yusuf Shikanda who told the prosecution, \u201cAccording to law it is not \u201cindecent act\u201d since the mouth is not a genital organ. Get a proper charge.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Court released the suspect\u00a0on Ksh.50,000 cash bail and ordered the prosecution to rewrite the charge sheet and return to\u00a0court on July 23 for plea taking.<\/p>\n
Njenga is being accused of stripping the young boy, who’s in class 8 and forcing him into oral sex.<\/p>\n
The boy\u2019s aunt became concerned after the ride took too long. She went out to check on the car and found it parked by the side of the road a few metres from the house.<\/p>\n
