Award-winning Tanzanian artist Nasibu Abdul Juma, better known as Diamond Platnumz, has released a new jam featuring Nigerian singer Teni and it’s getting a lot of love.<\/p>\n

The song dubbed Sound\u00a0<\/em>is a follow up to Diamond\u2019s previously released dance hit single titled Baba Lao<\/em> which has garnered massive streams on various digital platforms including millions of views on YouTube.<\/p>\n

I totally love this jam and I must be honest with you guys, I’ve never heard of Teni before and I am really ashamed about it because she really spiced up this jam with some dope Afro vibes. Maybe it’s because she has a unique voice. At first, I thought it’s a male voice. Shock on me.<\/p>\n

As expected, Diamond also did a good job. I don’t know if it is just me but I could have sworn that I heard some pidgin in his lyrics. To add to that, his dance moves were too lit. Anyway, aren’t they always lit?<\/p>\n

The beats and instrumentation were also dope. Lizer Classic nailed it. Believe you me, I was literally dancing on the seat as I was writing this review and that’s a first because I’m not a fan of Bongo music.<\/p>\n

The video concept was also really good. However, this doesn’t really come as a surprise seeing as it was directed\u00a0 by the best videographers in the continent and that is Moe Musa and Director Kenny. Props to them.<\/p>\n
