KTN News anchor, Mary Kilobi Atwoli earned her second degree in December 2019 and the COTU boss started the year by throwing her a swanky party.<\/p>\n

Friday, the 20th of December 2019, Mrs Atwoli attained a Masters in International Studies from the University of Nairobi.<\/p>\n

However, the media personality was away at the time therefore leading to a graduation celebration on the 1st of December 2019.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, the journalist stated:<\/p>\n

I graduated in absentia from the University because I had visited the UK at the time, but held the party in January.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Splashing the photos on social media, Kilobi and her hubby savored the moments together in a red-carpet event whose decor perfectly complemented the occasion.<\/p>\n

Doubling up<\/h2>\n

The TV anchor however never left our screens and it was hectic for her to double up both at work and in school but her tact made it work.<\/p>\n

I started my Masters studies in 2013 and it was a journey and a half. When I was attending my classes, I would only read the news at 4pm and go to class. I fully resumed my job after I was done with the classes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A University journey she started back in 2009 after attaining her first degree in Arts from Makerere University.<\/p>\n

Well, if you thought she is done, she has just started. Her dream is to achieve a PhD by the time 2029 lapses.<\/p>\n
