You may need to urgently access cash from your Co-op Bank account, but situations may dictate that you pursue other means, besides the conventional withdrawal using your ATM card.<\/p>\n

The unfortunate loss or misplacement of the Coop Visa Card is not the sole reason.<\/p>\n

You may need to withdraw sums of cash higher than the maximum daily amount the bank allows over an ATM machine. Depending on the day and season, an over-the-counter withdrawal may be a headache – long queues – and, sometimes, urgency of the business at hand.<\/p>\n

Co-op Bank clients have the liberty to make easy card-less withdrawals at the ATM, by linking their phones in a few steps:<\/p>\n

On the MCo-op Cash App:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Access MCo-op Cash by clicking on the app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (Alternatively, dial USSD code *667# on your phone)<\/p>\n

    1. Enter your MCo-op Cash PIN<\/li>\n
    2. Select \u201cWithdraw Cash\u201d<\/li>\n
    3. Select \u201cATM\u201d<\/li>\n
    4. Choose bank account to withdraw from<\/li>\n
    5. Enter Amount to withdraw –<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *(Min Kes500 and Max Kes40,000 per withdrawal but up to Kes200,000 a day)<\/p>\n

      1. Confirm transaction<\/li>\n
      2. An SMS with a one-time PIN will be sent to your phone. This is the PIN you will use at the ATM – *PIN expires in 30 Minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        On the ATM machine:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Click the \u201cMCo-op Cash withdrawal\u201d button on the top right corner of the ATM screen<\/li>\n
        2. Input Telephone Number<\/li>\n
        3. Input One Time PIN provided via SMS<\/li>\n
        4. Enter amount to withdraw same as input on phone<\/li>\n
        5. Receive Cash from ATM Dispenser<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
