I went to see a psychologist and a psychiatrist, and I\u00b4ve been doing well. It\u00b4s not a secret that I broke up with my ex about six months ago and it was so tough. I remember not being able to know how to react.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B6vu-yegcMc\/<\/p>\n<p>Basing on her social media updates, the beauty seems to have gotten over the pain long time ago but she reveals it is the journey of acceptance that made her heal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Break up or grief is a process. I trusted it an that\u00b4s why I look like I have healed but I have not rushed it.
