Yvette Obura who is popularly known thanks to the daughter she had with Bahati 4 years ago has had an amazing weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

After giving birth to her daughter, the mother of 1 gained a lot of baby fat that has taken her almost 2 years plus to shed off.<\/p>\n

Looking at her new photos, it\u2019s evident that everything has been working out for her as planned. Her weight loss journey has become a success and thanks to a new post shared on her we now have the secret behind the sudden weight loss.<\/p>\n

Ms Obura\u2019s secret for fast weight loss<\/h3>\n

Well the lady says she has been doing intermittent fasting – which has seen her lose weight in the fastest way possible.<\/p>\n

Through her Instagram page the lass wrote;<\/p>\n

I simply did intermittent fasting (you can find it on Google, Pinterest and YouTube) plus i did waist training (AEC CORSET) got my corset from @amaracoutureltd. That\u2019s just it never worked out but hoping to work out kidogo this year. The advantages of intermittent fasting is that you won\u2019t have lose skin or stretch marks (maybe kidogo) especially if you are doing long fasts…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
