The track dubbed\u00a0Aya<\/em>, which is a Swahili word that means okay, has been ruling the airwaves since it was released a few days ago and to be honest, we are also feeling it.<\/p>\n Basically, this joint is about a guy who has his eyes set on a beautiful lady but she is not just impressed with him and that leaves him wondering what about him the lady doesn\u2019t like.<\/p>\n To force him to stop pursuing her, the lady tells him that his star has dimmed and he\u2019s not good looking. What she is not aware of is the fact that her sentiments are causing him even more pain.<\/p>\n In as much as I\u2019m not the biggest proponent of Bongo music, I must say that I really love this song. I have listened to it a couple of time since it came out and every time it\u2019s like I am hearing it for the very first time.<\/p>\n Aya<\/em>\u00a0is such a beautiful composition. To add to that, Marioo has a melodious voice \u2013 the way he sings you\u2019d think he\u2019s narrating something that really happened to him. Who knows, maybe he is.<\/p>\n Notably, the instrumentation and beat on this jam are also impeccable, especially the former. If you are a fan of live bands I\u2019m sure you\u2019ll love this jam because the guitar and violins sounds in it seem like a live performance.<\/p>\n The video concept is on point since it aligns with the themes of the song which are love, rejection and pain.
