Tanasha Donna has revealed she fought for her relationship, tooth and nail but Diamond had lost interest in ‘them’ and started cheating on her.<\/p>\n

The pair started having problems in their relationship, six months ago – about the time of their son’s birth – but they felt they could still work on it and mend the loose ends.<\/p>\n

However, she was the only one fighting for ‘their love’. Opening up to True Love magazine she shared:<\/p>\n

For the past six months, we were still trying to see how we could make things work and then it got to a point where you feel like the other person has just lost interest and it’s not because of anything emotional.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Obstacles<\/h2>\n

Expectations stood in the way of a perfect pair and for Tanasha, she could just not live to her lover’s expectations because she wanted to be her own person, free from any restraints.<\/p>\n

I would say it is not living up to certain expectations he had in the relationship. It’s nobody’s fault. Everyone is the way they are and when you don’t live up to this person’s expectations, for some people it is not easy to handle, while for some, it’s okay.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And that is where the problems started.<\/p>\n

I would say that is where things started going down cos I wanted to be my own person and really wanted to be in this relationship. When you love yourself, you’ll be able to love in a relationship. You will be able to love your family, your child, so it starts with self love.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Infidelity<\/h2>\n

The Kenyan darling fought many battles, just to try and get her relationship to stability but there was one that she could not battle with – infidelity from the Tanzanian superstar.<\/p>\n

My mom has shown me that if it doesn’t work, you fight. If it is too many back and forth, or when you reach a dead-end that is when you bounce. I fought it all. But when it came to infidelity, I realized I was fighting a war on my own.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Even with the last ounce of energy in her body, it was not worth a fight. For the sake of her son and for her own mental health, she walked out.<\/p>\n

I confronted him, blocked him and called it quits. It was the limit for me especially since I was loyal like crazy for him. It had been ride or die for me. I had to leave for the sake of my son and my own mental health.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Would she ever consider getting back with Diamond?<\/p>\n
